Welcome to The Sauna Social — an afternoon and evening of heat, cold, movement, music and human connection in the heart of Venice.

Malibu Sauna Co. is taking over Electric Lodge and turning it into a social recovery playground.

Come sauna. Take the plunge. Dance. Stretch. Breathe. Lie down for a sound bath. Grab a drink at the Recovery Bar. Sit by the fire. Get some bodywork. Meet somebody new.

Or do absolutely nothing for a while.

There’s no prescribed way to experience The Sauna Social. Pick your 90-minute session and make it your own.

Three sessions. Three featured experiences.

FLOW · 3:30–5:00 PM
Sauna + cold plunge + DJ + open dance floor + optional guided yoga

BREATHE · 5:15–6:45 PM
Sauna + cold plunge + DJ + open dance floor + optional guided breathwork

RESTORE · 7:00–8:30 PM
Sauna + cold plunge + DJ + open dance floor + optional sound bath

Throughout the afternoon and evening, you can move between heat and cold, music and stillness, solitude and connection.

Hang by the fire. Dance for a while. Grab a handcrafted recovery drink. Try a traditional banya-inspired sauna ritual. Book a 20-minute bodywork reset. Or simply find a comfortable place and hang out.

Everything is optional. Move at your own pace.
